Deer Creek Golf Club offers the area’s best outing and meeting facility. Our banquet facility offers a generous seating capacity that varies with each event based on table arrangements. A large, covered outside porch accommodates another 40 to 50 seats. Our full service kitchen caters all events at Deer Creek and our chef will work with you to create a menu that is personalized to your event.

General Information
- Seating Capacity – 125-160 people dependent upon whether there will be a dance floor.
- Room Rental – $600 min for 3 hours. $200 for extra hour. Closed at midnight. Rental fee is due at the time the contract is signed. This is a non-refundable deposit.
- Catering is available on-site – We have many buffet or plated meal options that can be customized to fit any event and budget. Food is priced per person plus tax (8%) and 20% service fee. The service fee includes gratuity, utility costs, room set-up and clean up, and white or cream linens.
- Bartender- $25 per hour for cash or open bar
- Food Costs- Due 7 days prior to event, with final headcount.
- Security Deposit – $300 refundable, due seven days prior to event.
- Room rental available March 15th to November 15th.
Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and no reservation will be made without a signed contract and paid room rental deposit.
