General Information
1. Seating Capacity- 150-175 people dependent upon whether there will be a dance floor.
2. Room Rental- $350 for 4 hours. $150 for extra hour. Closed at midnight. Rental fee is due at the time the contract is signed. This is a non-refundable deposit.
3. Catering is on-site- Prices range from $9.50 to $30.00 per person plus tax (8%) and 20% service fee. The service fee
includes gratuity, utility costs, room set-up and clean up, and
linens.
4. Bartender- $20 per hour for cash or open bar
5. Food Costs- Due 7 days prior to event, with final headcount.
6. Security Deposit- $300 refundable, due seven days prior to event
Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and no reservation will be made without a signed contract and paid room rental deposit.
